SHIPPING INFO/TERMS OF SERVICE

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRE-ORDER POLICY
We are currently on Pre-Order for the following items:
2016 Duvanera

All orders containing the 2016 Duvanera will be placed on a shipping hold until our next shipment of wines arrive in January 2020. The wines will be kept in our temperature-controlled warehouse in Lakemoor, IL. We will send out email updates to keep your informed of the shipping situation and we will notify you when the shipment date is approaching.
NORMAL WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is scanned in with FedEx or UPS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 days of receipt depending on inventory availability.  All wine shipments require an adult signature of 21 years or older upon delivery.  We always recommend having wine shipments sent to a business address if possible. 
We cannot ship to the following states: HI, AK, AL, KY, MS, UT

SHIPPING RATES/SALES TAX
Shipping and handling rates will vary based the number of bottles in your order. State sales taxes are collected and remitted as required.   

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO
We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the wine.  If you will not be home during normal business hours we always recommend having the wine shipped to your place of business where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for the shipment!  

SHIPPING RETURNS
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package back to our warehouse. Orders returned to Wanderlust Wines are subject to a restocking fee.  Wanderlust Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges to resend packages that are returned due to missed delivery attempts. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS 
UPS and Fedex do provide alternative options for delivery.  Please contact them to make arrangements and please note that they will hold your package for a maximum of 5 days at a pick up facility before sending it back to our warehouse.


DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a broken wine bottle upon delivery, please contact us at info@gambinowinery.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years or older.  By accepting these terms of service you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that any wine you purchase through our site will be shipped to and signed for by a person of 21 years or older.
