SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY IN EFFECT
**CURRENT HEAT HOLD STATES: ALL STATES**
The temperature controlled trucks work great, but the wine is still handed off to another courier for final delivery and may be exposed to high temperatures while in their possession. If we determine the average temperatures in your area are unsafe for delivery, we reserve the right to hold your shipment until the temperature is safe for delivery to preserve the quality of your wine. If a weather delay occurs, we will keep you informed of your shipment.
If your area is under a heat hold and you would like your wine shipped regardless, please contact us. Keep in mind that we will not be responsible for replacing wines that are affected by extreme temperatures.
Shipping and handling rates will vary based on where a package is shipped, the number of bottles, and the size and weight of your order.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO
We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the wine. If you will not be home during normal business hours we always recommend having the wine shipped to your place of business where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for the shipment!
If you received a broken wine bottle upon delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
