SHIPPING INFO/TERMS OF SERVICE
WINE CLUB SHIPMENT POLICY
Wine club shipment will be processed two times per year. A notification email will be sent out prior to each wine club shipment. Wine club shipments can be cancelled or skipped as long as they are done so within 48 hours of the shipment date. All orders cancelled after will be subject to a restocking fee.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is scanned in with FedEx or UPS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 days of receipt depending on inventory availability. All wine shipments require an adult signature of 21 years or older upon delivery. We always recommend having wine shipments sent to a business address if possible.
SHIPPING RATES/SALES TAX
Shipping and handling rates will vary based the number of bottles in your order. State sales taxes are collected and remitted as required.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO
We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the wine. If you will not be home during normal business hours we always recommend having the wine shipped to your place of business where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for the shipment!
If you received a broken wine bottle upon delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years or older. By accepting these terms of service you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that any wine you purchase through our site will be shipped to and signed for by a person of 21 years or older.
