SHIPPING POLICY

                           ***SUMMER SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY***

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL HOLD ONTO ALL ORDERS DURING PERIODS OF HIGH TEMP. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.  Our temp-controlled trucks are great in transit but delivery for the last day is through UPS and the wine may be exposed to too high of temperatures on their trucks.  We will wait for a break in the weather to resume shipping.  Of course, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.  If you have any questions please contact us a the email address below.      

We use a third party shipper located in Napa Valley.  Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 2-3 weeks of when they are received.  Orders going to hot states will be shipped out on refrigerated trucks from the warehouse in Napa Valley then handed off to UPS for delivery once they are within a day of the destination address.  Orders going out on refrigerated trucks may require additional time for delivery and summer shipping times may vary depending on temperatures.  We appreciate your patience and want to ensure your wine is cared for every step of the way!  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at  info@gambinowinery.com 

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping and handling rates will vary based on where a package is shipped, the number of bottles, and the size and weight of your order.  

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO

UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the wine.  If you will not be home during normal business hours we highly recommend having the wine shipped to your place of business where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for the shipment.  

SHIPPING RETURNS
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package back to our warehouse. Orders returned to Wanderlust Wines are subject to a restocking fee.  Wanderlust Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges to resend packages that are returned due to missed delivery attempts. 
DELIVERY OPTIONS 
UPS does provide options for delivery.  Please contact UPS for assistance and note that they will hold your package for 5 days before sending it back if you have it shipped to a UPS location for pick up.  


DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a broken wine bottle upon delivery, please contact us at info@gambinowinery.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years or older.  By accepting these terms of service you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that any wine you purchase through our site will be shipped to and signed for by a person of 21 years or older.
