We use a third party shipper located in Napa Valley.  Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 7-10 days of when they are placed.
Once your order is shipped, it may take another 5-10 days to arrive. You will receive tracking information once your order is processed for shipping.   
Most orders will be shipped out on refrigerated trucks from the warehouse in Napa Valley then handed off to another courier for final delivery once they are within a day of the destination address.  We use this method to help protect the quality of the wine
Orders going out on refrigerated trucks may require additional time for delivery and shipping times may vary during periods of extreme weather.  We appreciate your patience and want to ensure your wine is cared for every step of the way!  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at

The temperature controlled trucks work great, but the wine is still handed off to another courier for final delivery and may be exposed to high temperatures while in their possession.  If we determine the average temperatures in your area are unsafe for delivery, we reserve the right to hold your shipment until the temperature is safe for delivery to preserve the quality of your wine.  

If your area is under a heat hold and you would like your wine shipped regardless, please contact us.  Keep in mind that we will not be responsible for replacing wines that are affected by extreme temperatures.      

Shipping and handling rates will vary based on where a package is shipped, the number of bottles, and the size and weight of your order.  


We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the wine.  If you will not be home during normal business hours we always recommend having the wine shipped to your place of business where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for the shipment!  

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package back to our warehouse. Orders returned to Wanderlust Wines are subject to a restocking fee.  Wanderlust Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges to resend packages that are returned due to missed delivery attempts. 
UPS and Fedex do provide options for delivery.  Please contact them for assistance and note that they will hold your package for 5 days before sending it back if you have the package held for pick up.  

If you received a broken wine bottle upon delivery, please contact us at and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
