Tifeo

We just finished our first Tifeo from our new shipment. We enjoyed it in Sicily at our visit to the winery in Sicily enjoyed a case we ordered and enjoyed it again here at home. Tifeo is a truly drinkable wine and easy to its appreciate its value. I think it is a full bodied wine that has a nice full flavor to it and quite smooth. Reminds me of a great Montalcino we like. Go figure.

I have the pleasure of comparing a 2020 and 2021 in the same night. As I have been a member of Gambino for a few years now.
Both are delicious, both are medium bodied, both have a complex tart finish. They are even better when paired with food of your choice as the food cleanses the pallet immediately. Enjoy! This is not a California wine!
