How many shipments will I receive each year?
We send out two shipments per year. We send out the first shipment after your order is placed and then schedule the following shipments during Spring and Fall. Shipment delivery dates can be adjusted based on weather or your personal needs.
*Orders placed during summer months may be held until the temperatures drop in the fall*
Are there any cancellation fees or long-term commitments for wine club members?
Wine club members can cancel their memberships at any time with no cancellation fee. No commitments, contracts or hidden cancellation fees.
Can I customize my wine club shipment?
Yes, the first wine club shipment is customized when you choose the wines on our website. Each of the following orders can be customized by logging into your member account and clicking on 'Add or Edit Wine Options' button.
Can I skip a shipment if I am not available or have too much wine?
Yes, any wine club shipment can be skipped if needed. To skip a shipment you can email us at email@example.com and we can skip the shipment for you.
How do I purchase the Gambino Olive Oil?
Wine club members can log into their account on our homepage. The Gambino Olive Oil can be added to your upcoming shipments on your member account under the 'Additional Options' section.
