crisp, fresh, flavorful, easy-drinking

Lovely White Bianco for the price

The Tifeo is a pleasant change of pace from a chardonnay or a Pinot Grigio. If is fairly full bodied for a white and has pleasant notes of not too dry but very acceptable with fish and meats. Brought a bottle to a wine share, and people did like it. When I mentioned it was from Mt Etna grapes, they were impressed.

My favorite White

This is a perfect balance of flavor to accompany most any food pairing or as a solo. I look forward to a glass of this white every chance I get.
